13 Vines is located 45 minutes away from Cape Town City Centre, it is a 4-bedroom house on a 13-hectare grape and olive-growing estate in Somerset West. Offering stunning sunrise and sunset sea views of Gordons Bay. If you enjoy dining out, you can visit the world-renowned Waterkloof restaurant located nearby. The property allows for Muslim-friendly living with access to prayer facilities.

The expansive Vineyard Manor House proudly displays tall aesthetic ceilings and exquisite original wooden floors. It comprises 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and can accommodate up to 8 guests. The main bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed. The second and third bedrooms are each furnished with a queen-size bed while the fourth bedroom is furnished with 2 single beds. Three of the bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms of which 2 are fitted with a shower, bath, toilet and basin, and the third en-suite is fitted with a shower, toilet and basin. The fourth bedroom has a dedicated bathroom fitted with a bath, shower, toilet and basin. There are also 2 guest toilets. An extra single bed/sleeper couch can be put in 2 of the bedrooms at an extra charge.

The kitchen is equipped with everything guests will need for a carefree, self-catering stay. It includes a stove, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher, coffee- and tea-making facilities, crockery and cutlery. The lounge has comfortable couches as well as a TV and a dining area with ample seating where guests can enjoy their meals together. Guests can also enjoy complimentary Wi-Fi.
